REALLY PROTECT YOUR GPS LCD
Pros: size, okay with touch gps, protect the lcd Cons: nothing!
I bought this with an Oregon 450, a Garmin bike mount, and a Garmin carrying case. The delivery was quick, I received them in 2 business days.
The carrying case is very big for this GPS. Almost two times as big as the GPS itself. I read in its review that it is big and you can put two AA batteries with GPS inside. However, I didn't find it usefully as the GPS works almost 14h with one series of batteries. I didn't like the carrying case so sent it back without opening the box. Fortunately, GPS City reimbursed me completely in 2weeks. I just paid the shipping cost.
I am completely satisfied with the rest (3 items). As the first test, I did a geocaching at Montreal (where I live) in a -28 Celsius winter day. All the area was covered by (almost) 40cm snow. It was surprising that it was working pretty fine at this temperature and also the display was enough bright under sunshine. I fell couple of times and my GPS got snowy but no problem. This shield really protect the LCD and no problem with the touch at all.

GOOD PROTECTION, HARD TO INSTALL, NO UNDO
Pros: good protection. Cons: hard to install well. makes surface tacky.
Nice cover if you install it correctly. Impossible to fix if you do it incorrectly (i.e. one spec of dust finds its way under the cover or your hands aren't wet enough and you get skin stuck to the sticky side). I also found that on the touch screen Oregon this made the screen really tacky and hard to move my finger around.

TOUGH SCREEN GAURD
Not easy to put on. It took me acouple of tries to get it lined up and when taking it off to readjust I damaged it a little. Finally got it on it is not perfect but it seems to work fine as far as the touch screen goes. I will know better when we get on the trails, if it makes it harder to see the screen or not.

HURTS ALREADY BAD SCREEN VISIBILITY
Pros: went on pretty easily Cons: only makes poor screen visibility worse
The cover went on OK but I finally ripped it off when I was outside on a cloudy day and could not see the Oregon's screen. Removing the cover helped somewhat. For me, the Oregon's screen can be so hard to read that anything that makes it worse isn't worth it.

GREAT PROTECTOR
Pros: tough as nails. Cons: very hard to install, pricey.
This is an excellent investment, it will protect the touchscreen of my Oregon 450 for years to come. But follow the instructions, it is very hard to but on.I dropped mine while trying to but it on & got some crap on it. I was tempted to toss it, but I put it on anyway & I am glad I did.

DECENT COVER.
It's a good cover. Followed the instructions. The bubbles didn't come out like they said in the instruction video. I am convinced it will do a good job of protecting the screen, though. Would have been good to have a second piece of film in case of problems with the first.

A LITTLE TRICKY, BUT IN THE END WELL WORTH IT.
Pros: the use of fluid to guard against fingerprints Cons: a little hard to line up once attached
I've used screen protectors before but never one with a small spray bottle of fluid. The instructions advise you to wash your hands and then wet your fingertips with the fluid. I still have fingerprints on my phone protector, but with the Zagg it applied very cleanly. It was slightly difficult to lineup once applied, but that is the case with ANY screen protector. The Zagg seems to be much more durable than any I've seen in the past and the lifetime warranty is unprecedented. Two thumbs up from this reviewer.

GREAT ITEM
Pros: works great. easy to apply Cons: not really a con. use great care when positioning
Works great! Simple and easy to apply, but DO take your time to carefully position it. Don't let it lay down until you are sure that it is aligned correctly. It can be lifted up again quickly, and repositioned, but you will get stretching and more bubbles if that happens. A very worthwhile investment to protect your pricey GPS.

VERY GOOD SHIELD
Pros: provides excellent protection to the display Cons: minor difficulty in application
The Zagg invisible shield should be a prime consideration when purchasing the new touch screen GPS's , Phones and MP3 players. Although installation of the shield on your GPS face requires you thoroughly read and follow the instructions, once applied and any micro air bubbles removed etc, the shield will keep the face of your GPS scratch free for years to come. It also facilitates easily cleaning the display area without worry of causing abraisions. A very worthwhile added expenditure.

Pros: very tough film . Cons: one try to get the screen on properly
If you line up the screen protector with your screen the first try , it would be an excellent screen protector . Mine was not lined up properly , thus on re-applying the screen protector there where a few marks left between the screen protector and gps acreen . I had washed my hands several times before putting the screen protector on .

YOU NEED ONE
Pros: a little to thin Cons: a must have to keep scratches off the screen
I have not had this very long and there are scratches on it which make it difficult to read portions of the screen. I had one for my colorado which was much thicker and seemed to work a bit better. It was easy to install and I am extremely pleased that the scratches I am complaining about are on the protector and not the screen which is the point of this. You might think about getting a second one.

BEST COVER
This is a no-brainer. If yer gonna spend the $$$ on an expensive GPS, then go the extra mile and get a ZAGG shield for it. Take your time puttin it on, and then know that you did yourself a huge favour in taking care of your device. ZAGG was recommended to me, and now I recommend them to everyone I know. The first time you get a scratch on your unprotected screen, and you'll kick yourself for not installing a well made shield. It only makes sense that if yer gonna buy top of the line devices, then buy top of the line protective accessories for it.

ZAGG INVISIBLE SHIELD
Pros: great protection, clear, no dust or bubbles Cons: none
This is my second Zagg Invisible Shield. I also have one on my iPhone 3G. Any device that gets shoved in a pocket or pack needs a screen protector and the Invisible Shield is the best. It is resistant to all scratches (from keys, zippers, coins, etc) yet is crystal clear - the screen loses no visibility whatsoever when the shield is installed.
I have tried other screen protectors on other devices and they all have the same problem - it is almost impossible to get all of the bubbles and dust out from between the screen and the protector. This makes your screen look awful - and I won't spend a lot of money on a touch screen device just to degrade its looks with a bargain basement screen protector.
The Zagg application method does not share this problem. Zagg includes an application liquid (sort of like a tacky soap) that is applied to both the screen and to the Invisible Shield. This allows the bubbles to be easily pushed out with the included squeegee for a bubble and dust free professional looking result. Any micro bubbles that still exist disappear within 24 hours. You still need to be conscious of dust - wash your hands first - and apply the screen in a moist room if you can (say a bathroom after a shower has been running). The shield is almost impossible to move once placed - so take your time and test place it a couple of times before removing the backing. There are videos online showing Invisible Shield installation. Watch them.
After application, the screen has a slightly more tactile feel and has the additional benefit of being much more resistant to finger prints than an unprotected screen. This is really obvious on my iPhone which loves to collect cheek prints. If it gets mucky - wipe it clean with a damp rag or paper towel - it won't scratch.
Invisible Shields won't come off accidentally but can be cleanly removed if absolutely necessary with a bit of effort.
An Oregon is bloody expensive - its pointless to cheap out on protecting its only vulnerable area.

WHAT CAN I SAY....
Pros: easy to install Cons: can't think of any
It's a piece of stick on plastic easy to install, whoever has issues with installation probably has a hard time getting gum out of it's wrapper. Looks like it will do the expected job. Mind you IMO Garmin or any others should include this minor upgrade with a unit costing 300-500 bucks.

GOOD LUCK - VERY FRUSTRATING
Pros: it fit well in terms of sizing Cons: paper residue on shield, expensive
I bought this cover and I don't know whether it was old stock or a design flaw, but the backing would not come off of the shield easily and the paper residue remained on the back. I ended up having to soak it in water and take the remaining paper off and by the time all was said and done the shield, despite having been left on for 24 hours (and yes, I used the supplied solution when placing it on the screen) the shield wouldn't stick. As well, I think the price point on this is pretty high compared to other protectors.

A MUST TO PROTECT YOUR OREGON TOUCH SCREEN
Pros: good protection seems tough enough to last Cons: hard to install "sticky" when finger is wet
I could have bought a pack of a dozen screen protectors for the same price, but I prefer quality to quantity. It's easy to see the Zagg is there, but it barely affects readability even in sunshine while offering good protection. Harder to install than I thought because the Oregon screen is recessed, but you can keep trying until you get it right - and check for dirt particles trapped underneath during installation. I can use a stylus without fear of scratches. Tree sap and dirt wash off in the sink and the Zagg stays put. Touch sensitivity is only slightly affected. When your finger is damp or wet it doesn't slide as easily as I'd like.

A POOR OPTION
Pros: the only option available, better than nothing. Cons: tricky to apply, expensive, overly complicated.
I knew from reading other reviews that this screen protector could be a bit tricky to apply, but I figured I could do it. Wrong. It certainly is a bit tricky, and you only get one chance. I ended up a millimeter from the edge, and worse still, while trying to squeegee out the bubble with the supplied plastic device, I managed to put a few little scratches in the film. I am going to leave it in place now, and hope that it resists any further damage.
For $15, and supposedly $20 when not on sale, this is far overpriced. It's a shame GPSCity doesn't carry some competing brands. I have one on my iPhone which is pretty good, cheaper, and came with 3 films,

Pros: like the protection Cons: expensive packaging should get 2 pieces of film.
Difficult to install properly. I tried 3 times finally got most of the bubbles out letr it dry for a day only to realize it was shifted about 1/6 inch too high. I like the idea but for the money they should give you two pices of film. The 1st one you will be lucky to install it perfectly. Also the film is a bit sticky so you finger does not glide across the surface untill you get it really dusty.

NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL
After getting a scratch on my Oregon 300 on the first day of use I ordered up these screen protectors.
I was able to install it with extreme ease on 2 separate GPS units in under 5 minutes. I have no bubbles at all. The screen looks as it did prior to installation.
The screen touch sensitivity is ever so slightly reduced but hardly noticeable.
I do not find that it adversely affects the GPS screen visibility in the sun. The way I figure it, if your screen is full of scratches then it will absolutely affect the screen visibility – sun or no sun.
