Recent reviews for this item: Texaswinds, June 3, 2011 I used this to mount my gps to my kayak. The ball axes
allows me to rotate the gps into any position I need it to
be in- for transport of the boat, getting in and out of the
boat, and moving the screen for better viewing. as long as
you don't tighten it too right, if you accidentally kick it
or knock it on something, the axes allows the mount to move
a little and absorb the impact instead of ripping the mount
holes out or breaking the entire mount. It costs a pretty
penny, but definately works as advertised. mojosoul, March 30, 2009 This mount worked out just fine for me. Holds
the GPS very secure and easy to put in and take
out of the GPS holder itself. The ball mount
makes for nice adjustments to keep it out of the
way while I fish.
