| nice system, what you see onscreen is identical to models
costing 3 or 4 times as much. Touchscreen is OK, not great
but OK. Impossible to view in direct sunlight, I called
Garmin's tech support line and they suggested an aftermarket
visor for it...for the price Garmin really should provide
some sort of sunshade. Much better than handheld maps, its
completely accurate and lets you know exactly where you are
- light years ahead of using a hand held map.
I use this with my Baja Outlaw 25 and the size of this unit
is perfect. Mounting took around 30 minutes (I wired it to
my switch panel) The mount keeps it steady even in choppy
water, easily handles a rough/wet ride. | |
