RAM MOUNT USB LAPTOP LIGHT
Pros: easy to install
Cons: too bright, not long enough, no on/off
The bulb connection rattles and looks a little flimsy. The bendy cable coul do with being a little longer, and it would be nice if there was an ON/OFF switch, and the option for a different colour bulb or filter. That said, for the money, its not a bad bit of kit.

ONE DOWN, ONE TO GO.
Pros: it lit the keyboard and did not compete with the s
Cons: it stopped lighting the keyboard.
I bought this item about a month ago and last week it began flickering and was no longer usable. I have sent it back to gpcity and await a replacement. While it worked, it was fine. I'm hoping that the new one will last a bit longer

OK LIGHT
Not very practical for police work as the light is too bright. Need to make an option for a red light then would be perfect for LE. Also needs an on/off switch.

Pros: provides excellent lighting
Cons: an off/on switch would make this item perfect
This light provides excellent lighting to keyboard during night time operations. The only improvements I could recommend would be to add an off/on switch, and provide some type of cover that would allow you to change the light covering to red in order to reduce glare from the light at night. I use this light on the laptop in my patrol vehicle and the clear lense creates a bit of a glare at night.
The item shipped very quickly. I placed the order on Friday afternoon and found that it shipped on the same day. I received it in the mail on Monday. I consider that to be outstanding service.

EXCELLENT LIGHT
Pros: well rounded product
Cons: none i have found
I only have one but intend to get two more. These are fantastic lights which provide excellent lighting in very dark situations. The goose-neck material is strong and stays where you put it

Pros: price, light weight, not blinding
Cons: none
Very good lighting for typing on your keyboard in a no light environment but doesn't blind you to look out around. gpscity quickly delivered this product and very happy. thank you

USB PORT LOCATION CAUTION
Good product, but watch for location of USB ports on laptop. The brackets that hold the laptop to the tray, may interfere with access to those ports, thereby forcing you to use a USB port you might want for something else.
