The RAM POD III is the latest in the Mobile In-Car range from RAM. This universal base allows you to mount a laptop or any other in car device safely and securely.

OWNERS MANUAL:
Take a look at the assembly instructions (pdf file) of the RAM POD III (RAM-316-1A).
MOUNTING METHOD:
At right angles to the base of two legs are feet with mounting holes. Simply place the holes into the passenger seat mounting bolts and adjust the mount to the required height with the flexible legs. The third flexible leg on the RAM Pod III should also be adjusted to help support the mount. The rigid flexible arms will hold everything you need safely and securely.
INCLUDED DOUBLE SWING ARM:
Included with this mount is two 6'' Swing Arms that connect to the top of the RAM-POD III (RAM-316-3A). The swing arms pivot in a horizontal plane at the connection to the RAM-POD III and at the hinge joint of the two swing arms. At the end of the last swing arm is a 1.5'' Socket with a 2.5'' diameter Round Plate connected to the RAM-234-3 Clamping Tough Laptop tray.

My fourth purchase from gpscity. Previous 3 went great and I expect this one will as well. I do feel rather sheepish though. This last week I've been combing the net for a golf GPS. For some reason this evening the lights went on - gpscity. Thank goodness I remembered you folks. I'll never know what took so long though. Anyway, I got to you and I feel much better now. :) Don
