RAM LAPTOP MOUNT, BOLT THRU FLOOR MODEL
Pros: holds the laptop well when truck is stationary
Cons: wouldn't use when driving, screen would be shaking
Worked well in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 series. You have to figure placement before installation. I installed mine on the 'hump' in the middle of the truck, and had to mount it so the mast was to one side of the drink tray. This placed two bolts that had to be fastened right above the transmission of the truck, and even with one guy in the truck and me under, it was a bit difficult getting the nuts and washers on the bolts, but we managed. We didn't have a lift to put the truck on, so this made it harder, we just crawled under the truck in the parking lot.
I wouldn't use this when driving, as the screen is not supported, and it would be shaking, also there isn't anywhere for a mouse, so you would need to use the track pad.
