The RAP-365-224-1U Triple Locking Suction Cup Base with 1.5 inch Ball Plate consists of a plastic plate with a RAM Locking Suction Cup Base at each end. This base has a suction grip which allows you to mount to a RAM C-Ball system to any non-porous surface, like a windshield, with confidence.
