The RAM-224-3 Triple Locking Suction Cup Base with 1.5 inch Ball Plate consists of a steel plate with a RAM Locking Suction Cup Base at each end. This base has a suction grip which allows you to mount to a RAM-C ball system to any non-porous surface, like a windshield, with confidence.
