SOLID AND ROBUST
Pros: solid construction
Cons: stiff arm makes change of position difficult.
I bought this having only seen it on the website. It looked like the flex arm was a spring design and flexible. It turns out the arm is an aluminum tube with a plastic cover that looks like a spring. This makes the arm quite stiff, and when bent several times it starts to work harden.
The mount is very solid and good quality, but I need something more bendy.
Recommend? YES

GREAT MOUNTING SYSTEM
Pros: security and ease of use
Cons: none
This is a great mount. Very positive and secure no matter what the road conditions are. I have not had any problems using the car charger and the cradle with my 720. Another great product from GPS City. Thanks

CRADLE DOES NOT FIT WHILE CHARGING!
The cradle was not designed to fit the TomTom GO 720 while charging with car charger due to the 45 degree connector! I am unable to mount in my car and plug into car charger!
