RAM TOM TOM MOUNTING CRADLE
Pros: solid, rugged construction.
Cons: screw in of cradle to mount means less flexibility
Typical of RAM, this cradle is rugged, interoperable with all their mounting methods, and works exactly as advertised. It would be nice if RAM would find some other method of connecting cradle to mount rather than screw in. This makes interchanging between different mounts a nuisance.

SOLID AND RELIABLE
Works as advertised. Holds the GPS securely. Its easy to get the unit in and out when needed. Use it with my KLr and have had no issues with slippage or movement of any kind. No concerns at all with the product, and GPS city was excellent to deal with.

PERFECT FIT
Pros: snug fit, easy mount and removal of the gps device
Cons: slightly off-center mount to my bracket.
A great item. I used it with a mount on my V-Strom 650 motorcycle. It fit my TomTom Go 720 perfectly and held it in very securely. The rollers on the side made it very easy to install and remove the device from the mount. The predrilled holes for attachement to my particular bracket set the device just a little off center on the dashboard of my bike, but this is a very minor aberration.

Pros: very easy to remove and install again for theft pr
This product is the absolute best,it holds your specific gps securely and along with the other mounting optional parts is way better than the poor quality mounts that come with the GPS units

EXCELLENT CRADLE...HOLDS SECURELY
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cradle. Very strong plastic which grabs and holds the gps very securely. I would definitely recommend this cradle.

PERFECT CRADLE FOR TOMTOM GO 930
The description doesn't mention the TomTom Go 930, but I figured since it's the same size as the 920, I'd give it a shot...
This cradle fits the TomTom Go 930 perfectly, snapping into place solidly, and requiring a good amount (but not excessive) amount of force to snap it back out. The cutouts on the top, bottom and back are perfectly positioned for the power button, the antenna cable, the SD Card Slot, and the power cable.

I received the mount in record time and promptly mounted it to a Panavise bracket in my truck. The quality and fit are perfect, and the included hardware is great too. I had planned on spending a day to make a mount of my own, but decided to try a RAM mount first. So glad I did I could not have custom made a better mount.

EXCELLENT MOUNT
If your looking for a mount and holder to hold your navigator this is the one to get, no need to look any further. It holds the tom tom very stable and has an unlimited amount of adjustments. Excellent product.

ALMOST TOO SECURE
I got this for my motorcycle. It holds it very securely. I can't imagine the GPS ever falling out accidently.
My only complaint would be the ball plate mounts on the back rather than the bottom which is more a fault of the motorcycle-based setup than the product itself. It makes positioning the GPS on the bike a little more difficult because I have to navigate around the windscreen and tankbag.

Pros: solid lock
I purchased this cradle to use on my motorcyle. I was sure that it would be secure enough, until I placed my GPS into the holder. This is one tough and secure cradle. I have no fears of having the GPS slip out of the cradle while riding.

RAM MOUNT PLASTIC TOMTOM GO 520 720 920 AND GO 520
Got it for my tom tom 720 for motorcycle use, as the original that came with tom tom was a bit flimsy for motorcycle use. This item is definitely heavy duty, it feels like a truck can go over it and it will survive. It hold the tom tom very tight and strong. Matter of fact too strong. Very easy to insert tom tom to cradle, getting it out is bit tough. So I ended up getting quick release for the entire cradle to leave the tom tom in the cradle all the time. Over all it is very tight and strong and thats what I was looking for. The release mechanism could have been little looser, would have been perfect.

I just purchased the RAM mount for my Go 920 with the suction cup gooseneck mount. My Go 920 fits the mount perfectly with 45 degree power cord plugged in.

DOES NOT FIT THE CAR CHARGER!!!!
Same complaint as Bob. I pre-ordered this TomTom GO 720 cradle, Ram Mount may not have tested it completely as we have the first units made. But the charging cord from the car lighter will not fit!! Very obvious design error. Not a good purchase unless they change the design.

DOES NOT FIT! CHARGER!
RAM Mount Plastic TomTom GO 720 Cradle does not fit my newly purchased TomTom GO 720 GPS due to the fact that the included car charger connecter is at a 45 degree angle. The cradle is perfect in every respect except it was designed only for a straight connector!
