GOOD U-BOLT
Installed to my 1 1/8" handlebar. I cut off the legs a bit to fit perfect.
Recommend? YES

WAY TOO BIG FOR MCS
Cons: covered with scratched, ugly black paint since '10
This is monstrously large for even a fat-boy 1 1/8" handlebar. You have to saw off 1/2" of excess threaded legs. It fits too loosely around bar because is 1 5/16" between the too legs. IF you torque down the nuts to make it very tight to avoid slipping, then the alumnium bracket cracks. I use the smaller 1" U-bolt and bend the legs out from 1 1/16" to 1/18" and it looks & fits much better.

dont buy this if you have normal size handle bars....to long.

RAM MOUNT STAINLESS STEEL U-BOLT FOR 1.25 INCH
fits round bars easily, and into ram mount without any problems.
