Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-111R RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Mount, with Rail U-Bolt Base, consists of the 1.5 inch diameter ball and socket system with RAM Universal Rectangular 6.25 x 2 inch Plate. This mount is designed to be a universal mounting solution for large and heavy electronic devices, including Marine GPS, CB Radios, Ham Radios and more. The hole pattern found on the rectangular plate will connect to a large variety of third party cradle, gimbal brackets and mounts.
Rectangular Universal Mount End Plate Design:The RAM-111B RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Rectangular Plate has a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 6.25 x 2 inch plate. The plate has many different combinations of pre-drilled holes which will match up to many electronic devices and mounts, including Marine GPS, CB Radios, Ham Radios, Gimbal Brackets and more. Rectangular Universal Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-201 RAM Mount Dual Socket Arm is a 1.5 inch C size Ball Socket Arm made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 4.63 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Rectangular Universal Mount Base Design: The RAM-231 RAM Mount Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Rail Base has a 1.5 inch diameter Rubber Ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail. The Stainless Steel U-Bolt and nuts included will fit a circular rail with diameter from 3/4 to 1.0 inch. Note: This base is completly rust proof.
For Small Rail Mounting:
For a smaller rail, you can purchase the RAM Mount Plastic U-Bolt Adapter for circular rails with diameter down to 0.5 inches.
For Larger Rail Mounting:
For a larger rail, you can purchase the RAM Mount Stainless Steel Large Rail U-Bolt for circular rails with diameter up to 1.25 inches.
