GREAT SUB BASE FOR THE TABTITE3 SUCTION CUP MOUNT
Pros: well designed and constructed. quality materials.
I use this as the base mount for the tab tite 3 suction cup tablet mount. It is sturdy, heavy and stays in place in the cup holder, as it is designed. I have used it in all of my vehicles as well as in the golf cart. I have never encountered a problem with it becoming unseated even over rough roads. A quality product!

This base is perfect for use with the suction mount. It provides a sturdy surface for the suction mount to clamp to. Perfect for trips to Minnesota.

Very good product. I have a Tom Tom XL one, the suction cup holder was a problem, this product fixed my problem. I can also see my screen much better.

GOOD QUALITY
Pros: quality product, very heavy and stable
Cons: none so far
Have not had the chance to use this as the suction mount worked perfectly on windshield But it seems of very fine quality

PERFECT SOLUTION FOR ME.
Pros: nice and sturdy, easily removed when not needed.
Cons: you lose one cup holder.
I was having trouble finding a location to mount my GPS unit. I saw this and had to give it a try. The suction mount (purchased separately) comes with a flat disk that sticks to the top of this base. Then the whole thing drops into my cup holder. It looks like there may have been other plans for this mount. Seems overly complicated for what it is. I would think you could screw a ball mount down if that's what you needed. It is packaged with two screws for some reason?

This fits in my cup holder very well and stays tight. You must have the suction cup adapter to fit the other components on it. It would be nice if there was a threaded place in the center or a treaded plug to fit the center hole.
