Purchased in conjunction with Universal Clamping cradle. Initially appeared to be a little cheap, but once assembled and mounted in place it stiffened up nicely. A little advanced planning for location goes a long way. Requires two screws be placed at mounting location, and the holes will always be there. I drive a Subaru Forester for its functionality not as a fashion statement, so a couple screw holes are not an issue. Works well with cradle and forms a superior unit.
