Manufacturer Description |
The RAM High Strength Plastic Adhesive Mount consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket system with RAM Universal Diamond Plate. This mount is designed to be a universal mounting solution for both RAM and non-RAM designed products. The hole pattern found on the Diamond Plate will connect to a large variety of third party cradles and mounts.
BASE DESIGN:
 The RAP-273 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Adhesive Mount Base is designed to have a semi-permanent hold on a flat or curved surface, like a car dash or car windshield. The mounting base consists of a 2.5 inch diameter flexible base with a RAM Mount RAM-202PSA Adhesive PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) Disk.
ARM DESIGN:
The High Strength Plastic Standard Length Double Socket Arm is 3.0'' long when measured between socket centers.
END PLATE DESIGN:
The RAP-B-238 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Composite Universal Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 1 1/4 x 2 1/2 inch Diamond Plate. The plate has two holes positioned at either tip of the diamond plate. For a layout of the hole spacing and 1.0 inch rubber ball location, take a closer look with the RAM-B-238 Design Drawings (pdf file) (Note: the Plastic RAP-B-238 Plate is thicker than the RAM-B-238 Design Drawings shown).
