Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-B-279-GA23 Garmin Nuvi 6xx Series RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Weighted Non Skid Base and RAM Plastic Cradle for the Garmin Nuvi 6xx Series. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter RAM ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Garmin Nuvi 6xx Series mount to your optimum viewing position.
Note: This mount does not require any drilling.

Garmin GPS Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-GA23 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Garmin nuvi 6xx Series, including the following GPS units,
- Garmin nuvi 650
- Garmin nuvi 660
- Garmin nuvi 670
- Garmin nuvi 680
- Garmin nuvi 600 (European Version)
- Garmin nuvi 610 (European Version)
The cradle will fit around the Garmin cradle that is included with the purchase of the Garmin nuvi 6xx series unit. This will allow you to connect a USB Cable to the Garmin cradle when required.
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
The Garmin nuvi 3xx Series, including the nuvi 350, nuvi 360 , nuvi 370, nuvi 300 and nuvi 310, WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-GA21 RAM Mount Cradle for the Garmin nuvi 3xx Series.
Garmin GPS Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Garmin GPS Mount Base Design:The Non Skid rubber base consists of a flexible weighted lead core with molded rubber cover. The underside of the Non Skid base is a sticky material giving the weighted base a strong non-permanent hold on your dash. This base DOES NOT require any fastening to the mounting surface.
