| Description |
The RAM Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with Stainless Steel U-Bolt Rail Base consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket system with RAM Plastic Cradle for the Garmin Nuvi 3xx Series.
BASE DESIGN:
 The RAM-B-231 RAM Mount Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Rail Base has a 1.0 inch diameter Rubber Ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail. The Stainless Steel U-Bolt and nuts included are designed it fit on most motorcycle round handlebars, or any circular rail or pipe with diameter from 3/4 to 1.0 inch.
To mount the rail base, place the top of the base on the rail and then slide the u-bolt around the rail, into the holes in the base top. Now tighten the screws onto the u-bolt until the base is clamped firmly. If you desire, you can now slot the black rubber covers over the exposed ends of the u-bolt.
NOTE: This base is completely rust proof.
For Larger Rail Mounting:
For a larger rail, you can purchase the RAM Mount Stainless Steel Large Rail U-Bolt for circular rails with diameter up to 1.25 inches.
ARM DESIGN:
The Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Standard Length Double Socket Arm is 3.0'' long when measured between socket centers.
CRADLE DESIGN:
The RAM-HOL-GA21 Garmin nuvi 3xx RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the following Garmin nuvi 3xx Series GPS units,
- Garmin nuvi 350
- Garmin nuvi 360
- Garmin nuvi 370
- Garmin nuvi 300 (European Version)
- Garmin nuvi 310 (European Version)
The cradle will fit around the Garmin cradle that is included with the purchase of the Garmin nuvi 3xx series unit. This will allow you to connect a USB Cable to the Garmin cradle when required. The RAM Mount cradle also includes a cable hook, on the side of the cradle, to hold the Garmin USB 12V cigarette lighter cable (not included with RAM Mount cradle) firmly in your nuvi. You can alway snap this hook off of the cradle if required.
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
The Garmin nuvi 6xx Series, including the nuvi 650, nuvi 660, nuvi 670, nuvi 680, nuvi 600 and nuvi 610, WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-GA23 RAM Mount Cradle for the Garmin nuvi 6xx Series.

WORKS GREAT
I purchased this unit to mount my Garmin GPS to the handlebars of my Kawasaki Street bike. It works great. I can now tour the back roads in the countryside and not worry about finding roads, reading maps or getting lost. It really improves the riding experience.

GOOD PRODUCT
I am very impressed with the mount, I see no vibration in the GPS and the mount is easy to work with. The only problem I have is with the GPS not being bright enough during the day.

GREAT MOTOR-CYCLE MOUNT
I have my Nuvi 360 mounted on my handle bars with this unit. It was very easy to install, adjust to any angle and is manufactured to a high degree of quality.
