WEAK RESERVOIR MOUNT
Pros: compact and versatile. good u-bolt mount. Cons: very poor reservoir mounting hardware.
I bought two of these. One I mounted on a BMW tubular handlebar using the u-bolt mounting. That one is excellent. The other I mounted to the clutch reservoir on a Kawasaki ZZR1200. I am not confident that mount will last. Torquing the reservoir bolts to spec caused the kit's plastic spacers to extrude into the overly large slots in the RAM unit. In other words, the spacers supplied with the kit were grossly undersized. The spacers also are too soft/malleable. I ended up adding some washers to stope the extrusion problem, but I'm not at all confident that the softness of the spacers won't lead to loosening of the reservoir mounting over time. If I had needed to mount this unit on the brake reservoir, I'd have not done it, because of the much higher forces involved in braking versus clutching. It is just not safe, I think.
Good order fulfillment on the part of gps city!

FIT'S ANYWHERE
Pros: almost endless mounting locations and positions.
Just installed the mount on my 2005 Kawasaki Brute Force ATV. I used the brake reservoir bolts, but with the U-bolt included it has many other mounting options. Very solid mounting even on the rough terrain.

SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE
Pros: small, light, solid, correct hardware for klr650 Cons: a third hand to install it isn't needed, but nice
It took a little dexterity to mount, but clean design and solid. Hard to go wrong with this system.

IT WORKS BUT CAUTION
Pros: works well Cons: fragile
This is the second one of these I've owned. The first one snapped the ball off when a stick hit it while trail riding. I've purchased a second one and have mounted it slightly different to protect it a little better. No issues yet.

RAM HANDLEBAR BASE MOUNT
Pros: reliable, dependable, well made Cons: none
As with all RAM products, this meets a specific need that I had and does it well. There wee extra parts to facilitate adapting this mount to handlebars of varying widths. It works as expected.

GOOD PRODUCT GREAT COMPANY
Pros: inexpensive, simple, works well Cons: none
GPScity shipped this fine product quickly. Thank you. This is the third RAM basr mount I have used and they all worked well. This last one had updated matching black nuts. Other than that it was the fine product that RAM always offers.

JUST THE TICKET
Pros: fits. Cons: none.
This works well on my 2003 FJR1300. It does not require moving the clutch lever since the mount fastens to the existing bracket.

POOR DESIGN
This mount is designed with a bolt hole through the center. When mounted to a handlebar using the u-bolt, even modest tightening of the mount nuts will snap the zink casting through the center, making it useless. This is a poor design made from cheap materials. Buyer beware!
