Description
The RAM Mount RAM-HOL-LO8 High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the following Lowrance GPS units,
  • Lowrance XOG.
All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.

Here you can select from suction cup GPS mounts, flat surface screw down GPS mounts, GPS car mounts, non skid weighted GPS mounts and more bundled with the RAM-HOL-LO8 Lowrance XOG GPS Cradle.

Included with the Lowrance Cradle:


The cradle includes a set of two nuts and bolts to connect the cradle to any of the RAM compatible mounts.

Able to connect to the XOG in seconds, RAM can get your GPS exactly where you want it so it's easy to read and use. Order a complete kit and an extra base of your choosing and transfer the XOG with ease to another location. Simple design that will not block or interfere with any function of the Lowrance XOG GPS.

Important Mounting Information:


If you already own this cradle, or any other cradle with a hole pattern that will match the RAM Diamond Plate hole spacing, then you require one of the RAM Assemblies listed below. If you are looking to purchase a complete mount for the above cradle, take a look at the Complete Mount list below.

This cradle does not ship with a RAM ball. To add a 1 inch ball to this cradle you need to purchase either the Aluminum Diamond Plate with 1 inch ball (RAM-B-238) or Plastic Diamond Plate with 1'' ball (RAP-B-238). If you need to mount this cradle on a 1.5'' ball system, you will require the Aluminum Diamond Plate (RAM-238).

This cradle will hold my GPS in the roughest of water.

Pros: easy to install, strong hold on gps
Cons: it can get a little tough to remove the gps
Recommend: YES

Not happy with a cradle that does not come a means to attach it to a base. I had to make a separate purchase to make the cradle work. It turns out that you need an 1 in. ball to connect it to the socket.

Pros: price
Cons: price plus 1in. ball
Recommend: NO
