Manufacturer Description |
The RAM dual swing and socket arm mount consists of a 6'' long STRAIGHT swing arm mounted on a horizontal surface mounting base. At the device mounting end of the mount is a round 2.5'' diamater plate. The round plate is connected to the socket arm with a 1.5'' ball and socket system.
There are three (3) pivoting points on the mount. The connection between the swing arm and the base is a bolt pivot point, and the round plate to socket arm and the swing arm to socket arm connections have the RAM 1.5'' ball and socket system.
The bolt pivoting point allows a complete 360 degree rotation. The dual arm ball and socket system connection allows a 180 degree vertical pivot with a 360 degree rotation while the end plate ball and socket system allows a 180 degree vertical pivot with a 360 degree rotation.

My fourth purchase from gpscity. Previous 3 went great and I expect this one will as well. I do feel rather sheepish though. This last week I've been combing the net for a golf GPS. For some reason this evening the lights went on - gpscity. Thank goodness I remembered you folks. I'll never know what took so long though. Anyway, I got to you and I feel much better now. :) Don
