Manufacturer Description |
The RAM single swing arm mount with 1.5'' socket consists of a 6'' long BENT swing arm mounted on a horizontal surface mounting base. At the device mounting end of the mount is a rectangular 11'' x 3'' plate. The rectangular plate is connected to the swing arm with a RAM 1.5'' Ball and Socket System.
The connection between the swing arm and the base is a bolt pivot point, and the rectangular plate and arm connection is the RAM ball and socket system.
The bolt pivoting point allows a complete 360 degree rotation and the ball and socket system allows a 180 degree vertical pivot with a 360 degree rotation.

The ball and socket system connecting the mounting plate and the swing arm allows optimum adjustment. Simply loosen the side knob, adjust the mounting plate and then tighten the knob.

My fourth purchase from gpscity. Previous 3 went great and I expect this one will as well. I do feel rather sheepish though. This last week I've been combing the net for a golf GPS. For some reason this evening the lights went on - gpscity. Thank goodness I remembered you folks. I'll never know what took so long though. Anyway, I got to you and I feel much better now. :) Don
