Have already ridden 3k miles with it on my FZ1 with no issues. Mounts quickly and securly. Easy to adjust while moving and doesn't vibrate or wiggle.

RAM MOUNT FOR GPS ON OUTLANDER
This mount works fantastic on the rack of my Outlander 650. It mounts easily and when it use it is very sturdy, and adjustable for clear view to driver. It also quick- releases well for quick trail side "conferences" showing the map to the team! Only thing not mentioned in instructions is that you require the GPS' original mounting spool which luckily I found in the box of my GPS.

MOUNT FOR GPS MAP 60CSX
Pros: i also recommend gpscity highly.
This is a well thought mount that turned out to be quite good in terms of rigidity allowing button pressures with minimal deflection as well as being able to read it while running in on-pavement situations example: a recent 100+ mile off-pavement ride on a KLR thumper. I'd recommend it

Very fast to install and the gps holds very steady and no worries fo it going anywhere. took me about 5 minutes to install and that includes getting a coffee at same time :)

EXCELLENT GPS MOUNT
Excellent mounting system. Bought an extra ball mount tohave one on my bicycle and one on my motorcycle. Easy to move the GPS60 from one bike to the other.

RAM MOUNT GPSMAP 60C SERIES STAINLESS STEEL U-BOLT
Pros: great quality, excellent price.
Cons: none to speak of.
This system does the job it was intended for very well. The stainless steel u-bolt mount is secure on the handlebar of my dual sport motorcycle and was easy to install. The cradle that holds the Garmin GPSMAP60CSx fits well and won't be a concern even when off-road. The 3" arm that connects the two together is solid when tightened and doesn't droop with road vibration. Depending on the road/trail surface you are on, you may have difficulty reading the GPS screen. There is a bit of vibration which is to be expected with something extended 3" from it's mount, but you should be watching where you are going anyway and not at the GPS till you've stopped. All said, it is a quality product and I'm looking at another version to mount the Garmin Nuvi. Then I'll have one GPS to tell me where to go and another GPS to tell me where I've been!

Pros: easy to mount versatile strong
Cons: nyloc nuts can loosen. use double nuts.
Very easy to mount. Due to the design, I was able to easily squeeze it in on my cluttered dual sport handlebar. First ride out the nyloc nuts holding the u-bolt loosened up. Bought two additional nuts at the hardware store and locked the two together. I also added a little Loctite for added insurance.
Worked Great! Completed a 130 mile dual-sport event using my GPSMap60Csx, no problem! What a great design with the ball mount for easy adjustment and postioning. After the dual-sport ride I pulled the Ram arm and cradle off the bike and attached them to my new suction mount for my Jeep! Excellent! Very Satisfied with this purchase.

VERY SECURE MOUNT
Pros: better than expected quality! very pleased!
I installed this mount on my 2002 Yamaha 660 Grizzly ATV and it has proven to hold my Map60CS securely in place through some very rough trail conditions without any issues. It installed very easy and I was able to adjust it to view the screen comforably while riding. Once installed you can place or remove the GPS in or out of the mount in seconds. Over all a very good product!Very good quality!

Good quality hardware but GPS is not cradled securely. The mount needs to include a bolt and fender washer to hold the GPS to the mount. I went to the hardware store to get the bolt and washer.

SURPRISINGLY STURDY
I bought this mount days before I went on a ride that included dirt and pavement (mostly dirt and a mountain quad pass) I was expecting the GPS to launch off the mount, so I tied it with a lanyard to be on the safe side. The only time it came out of the mount is when I dumped my bike hard. It actually survived a smaller dump and I was taken back when I saw the GPS was still in the mount. I was surprised how well it held.

Installation is very simple and straight forward. Product is well thought out and functioned perfectly on a recent eight day motorcycle trip around Washington and Oregon.
I left the GPS lanyard attached to the GPS and looped it around the cross bar just in case but that isn't necessary.
Priced right and shipped the same day as promised, doesn't get any better than that.

I ride hard/rough trails and this unit hasn't let the GPS fall out and stays put.The little bit of flex you get with the rubber balls absorbs the worst of the jarring from the motorcycle. I suggest leaving the mount only slightly loose at the boll clamp to allow the GPS to move in the event of a crash. D

Excellent mount,holds my GPS firmly in place and exactly where I need it to,to see my GPS perfectly while I'm riding my quad. The mounting clasp snaps my GPS into place and holds it nice and tight,way better than those mounts with the bands going across your screen.The two knuckles allow for infinite adjustments so I can view my GPS from any angle.I would definitely recommend this mount to anyone and already have.

I used this in Mojave riding off-road and it worked great. The GPS never came out of the mount, and I was on some pretty bumpy terrain at times going from 10-50 MPH.Great price for what it is.

It's awesome. Hold the GPS in place, adjutable in just a couple of twists and holds on tight. I've now gone hundreds of km's with this mount on my ATV and even throught the roughest terrain it held tight. What a great mount. I also recommend bying the lower parts for the vehicle mount. The whole arm and GPS transfer easily and quickly from ATV to vehicle.

AFFORDABLE GPS MOUNT

Cons: no way to lock your gps on
While this does not compete with the touratech mount in terms of quality construction or look, it's also less than than 1/4 the cost. This unit will fit a BMW F650GS, but won't fit my F800GS (both twins) as the bar is beefier on the 800. The other issue is that you can't lock the GPS unit on - so you'll be taking it off during longer stops - the touratech has a locking mechanism keeping the GPS safe. For the cost, very satisfied

Much more substantial structure than the Garmin mount, this RAM mount is a snap to install and simple to use. Very flexible orientation. Ran 300+ miles on the Paiute Trail over some very rough terrain and the mount remained tight and aligned throughout the trip. I highly reccomend this mounting system! I chose to use the shorter 1" Socket Arm to minimize the height on my ATV.

This unit makes for nice bicycle mount for my Gps. It holds it steady and I have no fear that it will ever pop out of its cradle. However there is a small squeek sound that persists when I do ride over not so smooth pavement. The squeek goes away when you hold it, anyhow it's a good unit, buy it especially if you do a lot of cycling....beats getting lost!!!

RAM MOUNT GPS 60CSX
Pros: mounts in 10 mins
Cons: could use a rubber shim at the u-bolt mount
Solid and easy to mount on the handlebars. Dual swivel ball makes it very easy to position the unit exactly where I want it. Came with extra, varying lengths, of stainless mounting screws, nice touch. Only complaint is that there is a tiny gap between the cradle and the GPS Unit. Sticky piece of foam fixed that.

WELL BUILT AND EASY TO ADJUST
Pros: easy to adjust and appears durable
Cons: poor paint finish
This is my 3rd Ram Mount of this type. Great product which is very durable and very easy to adjust. The painted finish is very low quality and the paint sometimes covers the U-bolt holes which I have to scrape away to use the U-bolt. Overall I really like the mount.

GREAT MOUNT

I mounted this on my motorcycle handlebars and it has worked flawlessly. This mount does not budge while riding and allows me to easily position my GPS for best viewing. Highly recommended.

RAM GARMIN GPS60 MOUNT
Pros: price, ease of mounting, quick removal
Cons: aforementioned poor fit
I had to add a rubber "O" ring around the back of the button that mounts to the GPS to fill up the gap between the unit and the RAM mount to make it fit tight--a friend says his doesn't require this. Perhaps a badly molded mount? After this modification it seems to work just fine, though and I can recommend it with reservations.

RAM ROCKS ! !
Pros: easy install, holds unit firm, versatile.
Cons: none from my point of view
I must say the rubber ball and clam shell arm design by ram is outstanding. Installs easy and quick, very sturdy and firm holding yet very versatile for position. I few other reviews state that the Garmin produced bracket that holds the gps wears at the rubber grip of the gps body, i have not owned my mount long enough to comment on that, but all in all very great design and kudos to Ram on the univeral mount. Rock solid unit. Happy Riding.... Cheers !!

QUICK AND EASY
Pros: simple, lightweight, indestructable

Ordered the mount on Sunday, was at my home outside Winnipeg by Wednesday. Took me less than minutes to install on my dirtbike. Highly Recommended to any off road/enduro rider

CAN YOU SAY "ROCK SOLID"?
This mount would probably be the only usable thing left after a nuclear attack. Installation is done in about 5 minutes (including 3 minutes to find the screwdriver).
Adjust the arm once, and off you go. Wont move even in rough terrain. When moving the bike on the car, simple turn the handle to remove the GPS and the arm in less than 10 seconds.
I hope I had an other bike so I could buy an other one!

Put it on in a few minutes. The info on the web site is great. Tells what it comes with and other parts that may be needed or parts that come with GPS that you will need for proper installation. GPS fits snug on my ATV.
