NOT QUITE AS ADVERTISED
The mount did not fit my 2008 Goldwing as advertise. I made it work with in conjunction witha mount that did fit my handlebars. Be prepared to engineer this to fit your application.

MOUNTING
Pros: looks ok - just wish it was available in chrome
Cons: threads on bolts provided wrong.had to mod spacers
The mount works fine, but the screws provided for Harley Davidson did not work - the thread did not match. Once I found bolts to work the mount worked fine. I had to also modifiy the spacers thickness to allow the bolts to tighten.

BRAKE RAM MOUNT FOR NUVI
Pros: tough, looks good, reliable, perfect
Cons: none.
Easy to install, looks good, serves it's purpose perfectly. I have an vintage bike (83 suzuki GS 750 ES) and it was a bit of a challenge to find the right mount as there is no space on my handlebars for extraneous stuff. this looks good, does not deface the bike and is extremely reliable in all weather.
Recommend? YES

BRAKE MOUNT
Pros: versatile, easy to install
the brake mount is a versatile system that allows you to add the ram mount system onto pretty much any brake or clutch mount via the clamps, it also includes the ubolt mounting hardware. I just wish it came in the short arm option. the unit was easily installed and includes the hardware for both metric bikes and bikes that use imperial bolts.

HARLEY INSTALL
Very satisfied with this product. Made of quality material and mounted to the Harley clutch bracket without issue. Holds Garmin 760 in place with little vibration.

DOES THE JOB FINE
Pros: sturdy, easy to adjust
Cons: some parts had some scratches from shipping.
It arrived very quickly. I had it installed as part of other servicing, so can't speak to installation. Mechanic wondered why no instructions came with it, but he had experience with other mounts. He opted to use the handle-bar U-rings that come with it rather than the brake-mount hardware because it was simpler to do it that way. It is fine that way. The hardware came all jumbled together in once plastic bag with no padding, so there were some scratches.

I owned a gps for my truck and wanted one for my motorcycle but didn't want to buy another one i looked up what i wanted was just a mount for the bick that would work on my gps. found it ,order it, out it on and away I go thank you.

VERY SOLID GPS MOUNT
Pros: cheap, easy install, effective
Cons: can put gps into the air-stream
I needed a simple but effective GPS mount to get me on the road in a hurry - I had an upcoming road trip to the middle of no where, 1500 miles worth.
This mount did the trick, and the price is right. Very good value as it includes all the needed hardware. Though I changed the bolts for shorter ones (the ones provided are very long, but come with spacers to take up the extra slack), and I also eventually changed the ram mount "arm" for a shorter one. If you have a naked bike, like mine, the GPS will still receive some air-flow, but not too bad if you angle it down. The device was hit with a few bugs, but literally only a few. But this largely depends on the angle you have it mounted. The ram ball mount system offers some mounting angle flexibility, but only so much. Lastly, use the clutch side for mounting it. You dont want to take your hand off the throttle to play with the GPS, and you dont want to reach over with your clutch hand, if it's mounted to the throttle side.
For now I'm happy with this purchase.

VERY STURDY, QUALITY PRODUCT.
Pros: solid, simple mounting
Cons: angle range of adjustment at ball ends.
The mount is very sturdy and of high quality. I was pleased to see that the fasteners included were stainless steel. The mounting was very simple. I recommend this product. In addition it is great that you can buy the pieces individually. If I ever by a different GPS I need only replace the upper GPS bracket which goes for around $9. The amount of angle adjustment is less than you would expect given the ball mount ends. OK for my cycle but I am using all the angle available.

REMOVING GPS
removing the gps is a pain in the ass, the 760 has a cradel, you can not remove the gps from the ram cradel with the 760 cradel atached, iam going to cut out some plastic from the back, i think this will make it way beter

Pros: simple, rugged, unobtrusive, does the job.
Cons: installation is tricky on smaller diameter bars.
Works as advertised, and holds the GPS solidly without moving around. Just be sure to tighten it good and snug. The rubber ball grips well. Apparently this mount is designed to fit a wide range of handle bar diameters. Since my bike has 7/8" bars, I had to cut the plastic sleeves and mounting bolts to fit using a Dremel tool. But it works great.

Pros: good mount/cradle-would recommend w/caveat above
Cons: almost impossible to adjust right w/o more parts.
I like the RAM mounts--they are much heavier that I expected, and they work well together. I will probably buy the waterproof cradle closer to riding season.
One caveat--I bought brake/clutch mounts for both my Ninja and my Gold Wing, and neither one would turn to an angle that works well for me. It looks like they will turn to any angle, but I can't get them far enough away from me AND where I can read them both. For the Gold Wing I guess I'll have to buy a short arm and double ball to make it work right, but the suction mount I bought for the car works so well on the Ninja tank that I took the brake mount off and just use the suction mount.
Good company to buy from, just take that "ships today" with a grain of salt.

Very secure, and easy to adjust mount. Just a little concerned about vibration on my nuvi 700 series. I did add some very thin foam to the inside of the mount to stop the GPS from rattling with the vibration.
