Ive had this product on my motorcycle before. Sold the old bike with all the accessories and bought a 2010 FLHX. the mount worked so well on my little Sportster that I decided to come back and purchase another kit for the bigger bike. Can't wait to get it and installed. Installs in less than 30 minute. It will make my travels a lot easier when my GPS is right the whithin reach. This product secures tightly and Harley has any vibration. Thank GPS City!

Pros: excellent price for the quality of construction
Cons: wider base 2 ubolts rubber liner on base
very well built, lightweight. excellent docking of my nuvi. on a Quad it gets a rough ride and the last thing I need is to lose it and run over it.

GOOD MOUNT, BUT WRONG SIZE
Pros: easy to mount, stayed in place
Cons: be careful on the size & model
This mount is advertised as suitable for a Garmin nuvi 2xxW. My GPS is a Garmin nuvi 255. OK it doesn't have a W so maybe that's my error. Basically this cradle is 3" x 5", my GPS is 3" by 4", so it slides around in the cradle. I'm now contacting gpscity to see if I can get a swap.

...This mount is used to hold a 205W onto the handlebars of an ATV...and it is a solid adjustable mount that brought my GPS right into the sweet spot for good viewing. i have recommended this mount to my riding friends GPS CITY made this an easy purchase and shipped right away...i would buy from them again

PERECT MOUNT FOR VESPA

Bought this mount with adapter for use on my vespa gts 300 super. Very easy to attach to mirror (using adapter) and extremely sturdy. Gps unit did not move or shift during a 4-hour scooter ride up to the catsklls

MIRROR MOUNT USELESS

Cons: mirror mount is useless, customer service lies
I asked if it came with an Adapter to mount it on a Mirror. It did. However it does not fit ANY Mirror on any bike or Scooter I own or tried. I called up right away and they quickly offered to send a return slip w free shipping via email - It never arrived. Since I am stuck with it, I am trying to modify it to work, which isnt what I spent my money on to do.

RAM MOUNT FOR GARMIN NUVI

Cons: protection strip makes u-bolt slip some a little.
Very strong and secure. Mount adjusts any way you want to after installing. This is the way to go if you value your GPS. Not taken my GPS for a ride yet, but feel confident my GPS will be safe because of the quality of the mounting materials. There were plenty of parts to choose from for installation.
There was a silver (chrome-looking) strip to protect handlebar form u-bolt. Blends in well with the chrome handlebar. It does make the u-bole setting a little slippery and had to tighten a lot to minimize this. If I have any trouble on the road, I will remove this strip and tighten the u-bole down on the handlebar without protection. It wouldn't be hard to come up with a not slip protection strip on your own if you feel like you need to.

GREAT MOUNT

The items arrived in a couple of days and it was easy to mount onto my motorcycle handlebar. The only minor problem was that my plug was not long enough to fit into the GPS unit once it was in the bracket. A sharp knife made quick work of the offending piece of the bracket and everything was great. I have just returned from 10,000 Km trip and the bracket and mount assembly were exceptional, no vibration or movement of the bracket. The GPS was held secure, was easy to read and program.

PERFECT HARLEY MOUNT
Perfect mounting system to run the Garmin on my FLHT. I can take the Garmin from my truck to bike without any issues.
I scoured the internet to find a suitable system easy off easy on easy to see etc. This one was delivered next day, great service and it works. How good is that??

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I ordered the mount for my 2005 Softail Heritage. I received the product faster than expected. It was very eay to mount and is easy to use. Very sturdy. It does not vibrate all over the place and allows you to see the GPS unit and read it while riding at any speeds.

Pros: great device, mounts easily.
Cons: none experienced.
Mounted it on my Arctic Cat Sabercat snowmobile handlebar. Works great with my Garmin Oregon 500 hand held and Garmin Nuvi 265. Both mounts fit the devices perfectly. The mount attached easily and the orientation adjustment is made with ease and it is very rigid.

EXCELLENT GPS MOUNT FOR MOTORCYCLES
Pros: mounts securely. no noticeable vibration.
Cons: quick release of entire mount would be nice.
Finally ordered one of these for my Garmin to mount to my motorcycle. So glad I did, but I wonder why I waited so long. Extremely secure with no noticeable vibration from my 1700 V-twin. Impressive. Super fast shipping too.

I bought this set up from GPS City after failed attempts using other mounting set-ups. The design works perfect and holds the relatively large Nuvi 255 in place solidly and without movement on the mirror mount of my BV500. GPS City shipped item expedited instead of regular with no extra charge!! Everything I needed was in the package and it took me about 10 mins to complete the job!

QUALITY MOUNT AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
I purchased this mount after a competetor was unable to fill an order. What a pleasant surprise. The mount works perfectly (as expected), was straightforward to mount, and the only minor complaint is that the power cable to my GPS has to be conected AFTER the unit is mounted. I can live with that. This vendor just made the entire process easier.

POWER CORD DOES NOT FIT

Cons: is not compatable with stock power cord.
I bought the RAM mount kit for my Nuvi 205W. It seems like a pretty good mount kit, much more secure than the Garmin supplied cradle, and allows me to attach to my motorcycle. Problem is that there is a small piece of plastic that is cast into the cradle that interferes with the power cord that comes with the nuvi. It WILL NOT plug in without modifying the cradle. I sent a message to support@GPSCity.com, explained the problem, sent photos to illustrate the issue and have never heard anything back. I am pretty disappointed by that.

I am very happy with this mount for my Nuvi260W and even happier with gpscity customer service. About 30 minutes after my internet purchase I received a call informing me that a less expensive delivery method would actually get my mount to me quicker. When was the last time somebody saved you some money on a purchase? Thank you!

I have a Garmin 255W. The mount fit perfectly on the one (01)inch H-D bars (right hand side). Plugs it into the cigarette slot and got continues power. Used recently for my 5,000 mile trip ...some in the rain. Never got lose. GPSCITY.COM delivered my item before I had expected. Great product ...GREAT service!!!!

This mount is excellent. Everything needed came in one package and bolted right to the handlebar in seconds. It holds my Garmin GPS unit firm with no movement or vibration and is easily adjustable to any angle with the turn of just one knob. Best of all was dealing with GPS City.
