GOOD PRODUCT - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The product is excellent. However, the customer support was non-existent. I couldn't figure out from the website which product to order and I couldn't find a number to call to ask for guidance. When the product arrived, it contained no installation instructions. I'm a female senior citizen with no experience in installing such products. Fortunately, I was able to figure out (after several unsuccessful attempts) how to assemble the product and attach it to my windshield. I love the product but would have appreciated customer support. Please do not use my name in any public way.
