HOLDS IT WELL -BUT MOUNTING TAKES TIME
Pros: secure mount for the gps
Cons: two-parts take time to assemble
The mount has two parts: the cradle, and the handlebar mount. The user must install the handlebar mount to the cradle, and then mount to the bars. Everything looks simple, but be prepared to spend some time getting it all right and mounted securely. I bought this after a Garmin branded mount did not work for the eTrex cx legend.

GREAT BIKE MOUNT
Works great on the handlebars of my mountain bike. Allows me to track my adventures.

DEFINITELY WORTH THE EXPENSE.
Pros: fits gps perfectly, great for geocachers!
Cons: difficult to assemble, hard to put on handlebar
This GPS mount does the job perfectly for me. I rode my bike around town the day I got it. The mount held my Garmin Etrex Venture HC snug while geocaching around the town. I gave it a 4 out of 5 rather than a 5 out of 5 because the piece that goes around the bike handlebar was very difficult to assemble and put on. I was also very fearful of breaking that piece while putting it on. Thankfully, it somehow managed to fit on the handlebars though. I still needed to put two layers of cushion in between the mount and handlebar so it would stay positioned. Nonetheless, I am very happy I made this purchase and I hope it lasts a long time.

OK
Bought the mount with the intent of modifying it to my truck but scrapped the idea and bought another garmin for auto use. Good holder. Wish they made a soft case with a pack clip.
