GOOD PRODUCT
I purchased this product to mount my Lowrance GPS unit on the rail of my bass boat. It holds great on rail and was easy to install. I have run in real rough water at 60 mph+ and it has never moved. Only problem I found when putting it on was the cover caps for the c-clamps were not real tight. I put clear marine sealant on the bolts and then installed caps and they stay on now.
Recommend? YES

EXTRA STRONG
Pros: added strength
Cons: bolts a little long
I really like the fact that there are two u-bolts to secure the mount to the handlebars. This may not be necessary but it makes me feel better when I'm doing 70 mph down the freeway. I did have to cut a little off the bolts, as they were really long for my application.
Recommend? YES

IT'S A RAM MOUNT...
Pros: mix & match
Cons: ram mounts tend to be a bit expensive
What can I say? It's a RAM Mount, which means it fits all my other RAM stuff perfectly, is made of solid, durable metal, and just works!
