DUAL ARM LAPTOP MOUNT FOR GMC
Cons: don't need the ram advertising booklet in each bag
All was good, however there was no instructions and as I don't have the internet to download instructions I was installing it blind.
Received 9 separate bags of material.There were 2 separate bags that I could not use and don't know what I am to do with these as I will likely throw them in the trash. .

GREAT LAPTOP MOUNT,SURPASSES ALL OF OUR REQUIREMEN

Cons: at times back orders become an issue.
The mounts for both the Chevy and the ford vehicles are of the very best quality, easy to install and are built to last. The no drill options are a real time and money saver.I have purchased and installed nearly 30 units over the last 3 years and have yet to have one break. They stand up to the most demanding areas and terrain and to this date we haven't lost one laptop. Brief note: When the company first started the program of installing laptop mounts I purchased the first one from one of your competitors, the quality was terrible and the mount was so flimsy we didn’t allow the vehicle to leave until we purchased the Ram Mount. In fact I haven’t found or heard of any mount that can or has surpassed the Ram mount, Period! Since that time we never looked back and will continue our patronage with your company for years to come. Thanks for a great product and service.

SILVERADO INSTALLATION
Pros: clean, simple installation
Cons: a little wobbly
This is the first install I have done on a Chevrolet as the rest of our fleet is Ford. As always, the installation was straight forward with no drilling which cuts vehicle down time to about 30 minutes. It does get a little interesting navigating the laptop mount around the flop-down storage console in the center seat area. The extra swivel at the base of the adjust-a-pole causes this one to wobble a bit more than the Ford models.

QUALITY
Pros: solid mount. lots of adjustments
Cons: little tricky to put together.
This unit is a must have for anyone who uses their computer in their truck. It is nice to be able to swing your computer out of the way, drive down the road and know it is secure.

I like the new way to install floor mount piece - Very easy install - Except there should be a support type leg on front towards firewall to help keep tube & laptop from wiggling.

Pros: no drill system
Cons: when in use it eliminates your console cup holder
great product. if i could change one thing is i would like to see the arm come closer to me on the driver side. It is a little short for my liking still very satisfied with it though.
