The RAM-B-149Z-2-237U Rail Strap RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Steel Clamp Strap Base and Camera Thread B-Ball. The male thread matches most standard camera and camcorder female threads found on the bottom of cameras. The pivot points for this mount consist of the RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system and are located at the cradle plate and base ends. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the camera thread mount to your optimum viewing position.

The RAM-B-237 Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Camera and Camcorder Thread Holder has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected to a male 1/4-20 camera thread. This male thread matches most standard camera and camcorder female threads found on the bottom of the camera.
Camera Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Camera Mount Base Design:
 The RAM-B-231-2 Marine Grade Aluminum Utility Strap Clamp Base has a 1.0 inch diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles. The Strap Base tightening screw is encased in a compact housing for a clean, safe finish. The strap is long enough to wrap around handle bar posts found on most ATV, UTV, Snowmobiles, Motorcycles and any other applications you can think of.
Strap Dimensions: 1.57'' (40mm) to a maximum of 3.15'' (80mm).

My fourth purchase from gpscity. Previous 3 went great and I expect this one will as well. I do feel rather sheepish though. This last week I've been combing the net for a golf GPS. For some reason this evening the lights went on - gpscity. Thank goodness I remembered you folks. I'll never know what took so long though. Anyway, I got to you and I feel much better now. :) Don
