DOES THE JOB
I had to modify the bottom plate to fit under the seat. Other than that it installed easy and serves it's purpose.

NOW THAT I'VE HAD IT FOR A WHILE...
Pros: materials seem to be quite sturdy. Cons: totally gets in the way.
This is an addendum to my previous review. I did that review as soon as I installed it. Now that I've been living with it for a while, I feel compelled to write some more.
Although it is a strong, sturdy mount, I find that it totally gets in the way. Because it mounts to the rear of the seat, it's just totally in the way when both driver and passenger need to make their way into the sleeper. If it mounted to the front of the seat, it would be much more out of the way when not in use.
The third arm would be very helpful, too. However, I'm undecided about whether I'll order that or just sell the entire unit.

RAM MOUNT BIG RIG SEMI TRUCKS DUAL ARM
Pros: materials seem to be quite sturdy. Cons: hard to assemble for the non-mechanically inclined
The mount arrived in a timely manner. One piece was not shipped/in stock but arrived within a couple of days.
If you're not very mechanical--and I'm NOT--this beast is not eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeven close to as easy to assemble as they make it look in the videos. Also, I was only able to use ONE of the bolt holes to mount it under my seat the rest were so far off that it wouldn't work. I hope that the weight of the seat is enough to keep it in place.
It's quite hard to maneuver the computer into a usable position with the RAM mount. I'm not sure if I'll get used to that or not.
It may be a bit of an Olympic event to watch my wife get from her seat into the sleeper.

GREAT PRODUCT
With 17" laptop not as much bounce as you would expect, without third arm added you would have trouble seeing out mirror, plus with third arm you can swing all the way around into sleeper and use laptop. Easy to install, had to remove the shroud around the seat base, will not fit with mount installed.

RAM MOUNT, BEST MOUNTING SOLUTION FOR YOUR LAPTOP
Fits in my 2007 Classic XL as designed, install time was about 60 min. Works Great w/ my CF-29 toughbook, Great for PC based GPS/mapping. The only downside I see is it blocks access to passenger seat, which may be an issue for teams. Would like to see some type of vibration control for the main tube from base. other than that an excellent product indeed. have had several positive comments on it.

LOVE THE LAPTOP MOUNT
Love the laptop mount. Was easy to put together and install. Computer rides great and is always handy. Purchased a mount from Cyber Trucker awhile back and all it was were some mirror brackets with a basket to put laptop in. This mount here is built with quality products and I hope to have many great years with tis product.

BOLTS
Was very easy to install. Took under 30 minutes for total install time. Will put this warning with this, had to go and get replacement bolts. The factory bolts for a Freightliner Century, that hold the seat frame to the floor were too short. Ended up getting 3/8" x 4 1/2" bolts from hardware store. Looks nice, computer rides great. Look forward to many years and miles out of the getup.

GREAT FOR COMPANY DRIVERS!
This work well for us drivers that use company trucks and don't want to drill in to the floor. Takes about 30-60 mins to install. The hardiest part of the install is figuring out where to place it...in front of the seat, on the side or in the back.
