Pros: kept our ipads from getting stolen.
Cons: combo lock failed on 2 of 4. replacements worked.
The cradles worked great except that two of the four combination locks failed. One I was never able to set a code the other failed after a couple days use. Fail meaning unable to lock the pin in place.
Recommend? YES

FANTASTIC IPAD MOUNT
All Ram-Mount's products have excellent quality. I've been used ram-mounts since 2003 and I can say that they are very useful and resistent.

OTHER LOCKS
This locks but the other ball connectors don't! Helloooo
[Ed. note: Zimbo, please note that there are locks available for the arms that connect to this cradle. Depending on the ball size that you are using there are locks that you can purchase separately. Please search our site for RAM-KNOB3LU or RAM-KNOB5LU.]

RAM MOUNT APPLE IPAD LOCKING CRADLE
Pros: good design and quality
Cons: locking mechanism does not work for me
The cradle itself is nice and has a good design. however my locking mechanism doesn't work as I can not reset the password on it.
Recommend? NO
