Four questions: If i buy this socket ( RAP-SB-238FU ) along with the double ball arm ( RAP-SBA-RGLU ), will those two fit together and is the arm compatible with the cradle that comes with the nüvi 3590LMT. I intend to fix the socket permanently to the dashboard (horizontal) of my vehicule. Is the arm long enough so i will not have to put spacers underneat the socket. Finally, can you tell me the dimensions of the socket. Thank you very much.

Yes, the RAP-SBA-RGLU will connect the Garmin cradle to the RAP-SB-238FU. The RAP-SBA-RGLU is 3 inches long and should not require any spacers underneath the RAP-SB-238FU.
The RAP-SB-238FU measures 2 1/2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide by 5/8 inches high.
