Is it possible to select Imperial gallons?

I just purchased an Aera 500. (I have a mount on the way from GPScity.)
Under 'unit' measure in the Aera I don't seem to be able to select Imperial galons...only U.S. or Liters. Do you know whether or not Imperial Gal. units are available in the Aera or must I switch to measuring in Liters or US gal? It seem strange that I cannot use Imperial.

Liters or US gallons is used as Imperial gallons is not offered as an option.
