Simply Put, We Respect Your Privacy.
In this day of exponentially expanding SPAM emails, we want to set out our company policy in this regard so that our customers and visitors are completely aware of our viewpoints regarding SPAM.
We would like to state unequivocally that we are completely, totally against SPAM. We get our fair share each day and believe that this form of uninvited advertising is a major drain on resources of people and the Internet. So, to this end, we would like to set forth our NO SPAM policy:
1. GPS City Canada does not use or employ any SPAMMING tools or resources, either internal or via 3rd parties. In our entire 15 years of operation, we never have, and we never will, and you can take that to the bank!
2. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise make available ANY OF YOUR personal information, including your email address, to any third party advertisers whatsoever. Unless you have specifically subscribed as indicated herein, your email address is used only to communicate with you about your order, its status, and its tracking number (if applicable).
3. We communicate with our subscribing customers when new products are available or when prices drop. We send out technical bulletins that we receive from manufacturers to our customers as a service to the customers. These manufacturer bulletins include repair notices, recall notices, warnings about incorrect mapping or chart data, and more. These are sent only to those customers who are actively subscribed to our email list. IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THIS INFO, YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE.
4. We may send out an email announcing coupon offers, rebate offers, promotions, weekend specials, weekly specials, and clearance items to those on our subscription list. Again, IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THIS INFO, YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE.
5. You will always have the option to unsubscribe at any time whether by a return url link in the email, or by signing in to your account and turning off your subscription settings at anytime at your convenience.
