VERY DURABLE WELL MADE.

Cons: to big, the store needs to have better explanation

Cons: weight
This is a solid case and fits my Garmin Montana with an abundance of extra room, probably a little more than needed. It is not a lightweight case, but secures to a belt nicely.

CASE FOR GARMIN MONTANA
Pros: very durable case
Cons: accessory pouch of questionable value.
Very nice, durable case, which because of the cost of my GPS, makes it a mandatory option. Very secure belt clip, which allows rotation of the case itself. The Montana fits easily into the case. While there is a small pouch for "stuff," it would be nice if there was a secure zippered pouch for SD cards. Unit has a water resistant zipper to secure your unit.

NITEIZE BLACK BACKBONE CASE
Pros: fits gps, failsafe belt clip, interior partition
Bought this case for my DeLorme PN-40 GPS to carry while hunting and geocaching with my grandson. Fits this GPS nicely with a little extra room. A very well made case with decent padding. There's partitioning on the inside of the case to keep separate, say, extra batteries from the GPS, which I find to be a tremendous feature. Also, the failsafe belt attachment keeps the case and it's contents securely on your person even during the most strenuous of hikes. It is a neat, rugged case for use with appropriately sized electronics.

This case is very well built. It's very rugged and made of a very durable material. Without being bulky, it has enough room to hold my Garmin GPS Map 60 CSX plus a few spare batteries. The belt clip is strong, relaible and allows easy removal.

Pros: overall good case
Case can easily hold GPS unit, USB cable, compass and spare batteries...seams overlap zipper when closed, nice feature, belt clip is sturdy and well designed to minimize chance of accidentally coming off your belt...definitely good for travelling, would recommend something different (smaller) for outdoor purposes.

GOOD FIT FOR MY GPS UNIT
Pros: fits handheld garmin unit, plus room for extras
Cons: more money than i wanted to pay, plus shipping
I ordered this case, as it is water resistant, and has room to carry a few extras to go with the Garmin unit. I haven't travelled with it yet, but it fits my unit well, with a little extra space, but not too much that you would call it baggy.

In the real world a GPS gets rough treatment. We are working to rediscover a lost canoe trail MaliseetTrail.com and there are times when a GPS unit has to fend for itself... this case makes a difference.
