LOWRANCE COVER ELITE 5 DSI
Performs its intended purpose. GpsCity is by far the cheapest place I have found to get the item.. I will agree with others though, as much as the unit costs, it should come with the unit from Lowrance.

SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED WITH THE UNIT
Pros: fits great
Cons: pricey
Arrived on time and fits like a glove. Disappointed with Lowrance though...for as much as a GPS cost, it should just come with a cover.

LOWARNACE ELITE 5 COVER
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: having to buy it separately
Should have came with the unit when I purchased the GPS Head from another site. That being said, apparently it does not come with one no matter where you buy the unit. Lowrance continue to miss the mark on customer satisfaction. Their service and support continue to get worse. Just ask anybody, or retailers that are honest. Really disappointed that I bought Lowrance in the first place. Too many missing options, and they cheap out on the accessories,hence having to buy a cover to protect a LCD Screen after the fact.

LAWRANCE ELITE DF COVER
Pros: excellent fit, good design.
Cons: none
This cover is well designed and adequately protects the depth finder from damage. It fits snugly and there is no concern about it slipping off. It protects the display screen from damage, but wouldn't protect it from a direct blow from a heavy or a sharp object. It is an excellent product if used within it's design limits.

VERY PLEASED
durable and heavy enough not to blow away off the dash in the wind. looks good too. keeps gps display dry and clean. kind of difficult to find in stores, so pleased to get here for decent price.
