The RAM-HOL-GA24 RAM Mount High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Garmin nuvi 2x0 and nuvi 2x5 Series, including the following GPS units,

Garmin nuvi 200
Garmin nuvi 250
Garmin nuvi 255
Garmin nuvi 260
Garmin nuvi 265T
Garmin nuvi 270
Garmin nuvi 275
Garmin nuvi 275T

All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.

PLEASE NOTE: The Garmin nuvi 2x0W Series, including the nuvi 200W, 250W and nuvi 260W WILL NOT fit this cradle. These units require the RAM-HOL-GA25 RAM Mount Cradle for the Garmin nuvi 2xxW and nuvi 2x5W Series.

To help ensure you have the Garmin nuvi 200, nuvi 205 and nuvi 205T Series Mount you require, take a look at the list of available RAM Garmin GPS mounts on the RAM-HOL-GA24 Series of Garmin nuvi 2xx, nuvi 2x5 and nuvi 2x5T Cradles and Mounts Page. Here you can select from suction cup GPS mounts, flat surface screw down GPS mounts, GPS car mounts, non skid weighted GPS mounts and more bundled with the RAM-HOL-GA24 Garmin nuvi 2xx, nuvi 2x5 and nuvi 2x5T Series Cradle.

Included with the Garmin nuvi Cradle:

The cradle includes a set of two nuts and bolts to connect the cradle to any of the RAM compatible mounts.

Simple design that will not block or interfere with any function of Garmin nuvi 200 series GPS devices.

Important Mounting Information:

If you already own this cradle, or any other cradle with a hole pattern that will match the RAM Diamond Plate hole spacing, then you require one of the RAM Assemblies listed below. If you are looking to purchase a complete mount for the above cradle, take a look at the Complete Mount list below.

This cradle does not ship with a RAM ball. To add a 1 inch ball to this cradle you need to purchase either the Aluminum Diamond Plate with 1 inch ball (RAM-B-238) or Plastic Diamond Plate with 1'' ball (RAP-B-238). If you need to mount this cradle on a 1.5'' ball system, you will require the Aluminum Diamond Plate (RAM-238).

Cons: none for a vehicle No comparison to the poor mount Garmin provides with the 200 series nuvi's I've had nothing but problems with the provided mount coming loose from the windshield and the poor friction of the ball mount between the cradle and the suction cup. The RAM mount holds the unit securely and with a RAM suction base, exactly where I want it. I'm not sure about using this cradle on my motorcycles. Larry Buffalo, NY April 15, 2009	GARMIN NUVI CRADLE Cons: charger cable cannot be connected. This cradle does NOT allow charger cable to be connected on Nuvi 2x5 models. Garmin changed location of cable on back and Ram has not updated cradle for the new design. GPS City Canada Comment: Since this review was made, RAM has corrected the cradle to account for the change in the newer Nuvi models.
