Pros: compatible to garmin board
My Garmin 760 has been discontinued but I needed a new
cigarette lighter adapter for it. This compatible adapter
is a perfect substitute. Worked without any problems.

The adapter works perfectly just like the original but
more importantly I want to address your service. I
ordered this item over the phone on Aug. 31/09 and was
advised the product would be delivered in 2-3 days. It
arrived the very next day by your courier service that you
use. NOW THAT IS SERVICE...especially coming from one
province to another! WELL DONE!!!!!!

GOOD CHARGE
Works great old cable would not charge all the time leaving
me with a dead GPS halfway through a trip. It was nice to
order from a site in my own Country fast delivery.

Cons: doesn't have the indicator lights the original had
The cable that came with my 660 was damaged. This made it
possible to continue using the gps in the car.
GPS City shipped and delivered it promptly. I will do
business with them again.

The product works as required, I just prefer the
original with the charge/power indicator lights on
the plug itself like the Garmin part.

PROVIDES POWER WITH NO PROBLEMS
Pros: plugs nicely into the gps cradle
Cons: none
I bought this cable so I could power my Nuvi 5000
from my motorcycle and use the original power
cable that came with my GPS in my car. I was
concerned that there might be a transformer to
step down the 12 V vehicle power. Since I was
directly wiring to the battery (through a fuse) I
pulled apart the piece that plugs into a cigarette
lighter and found no electronics hiding in there -
just straight 12 V power and ground wires.

THIS IS FOR YOUR NUVI. I LOVE GPS CITY!
Pros: decent price, oem equipment, fast shipping
The product description doesn't exactly call out
every model this fits, but for my Nuvi 760, this
was the cable I needed (after I accidentally
through away the original one!). The GPS City
folks were fantastic, I called them and the gal
verified very quickly that this fit my model.
These folks are great!

BEST AUTOMOTIVE GPS
We purchased the cigarette lighter adapter cable
for our Garmin GPS as our original adapter broke
(the car's fault, not the GPS). GPS City shipped
the item to us overnight and the website is clear
and easy to use.

IT MANAGER
In our industry, being able to rent out GPS units to some of our
customers is a plus for them and us. Unfortunately, if you have not
use one of those before, some parts can be tricky. One of them is
connecting and disconnecting the adapter. It plugs in nicely, but you
are unaware at first that it will not simply unplug by pulling it.
After a few first time customers try it this way, the plug comes
apart. It is nice to be able to replace them with this item.
