EXCELLENT ADDITION TO MY OREGON 550T
My Oregon 550T is great for being off on the trails, but
without this Street Mapping add-on, its not so useful on the
road. Now I can use my GPS well on and off road. Great!
Sure, my Oregon 550T does not talk to me audibly, but it
does beep to alert me of upcoming turns which I can read on
the screen. My Garmin in twice as useful with this card.

STREET MAPPING
Pros: work as described Cons: expensive for a one-time update The 1st SD card sent by GPS City did not work properly.
While navigatibg, my Garmin 660 GPS would lose all map
information. After re-booting the GPS, the map information
reverted to the pre-loaded default 2008 City Navigator.
GPS City replaced the defective micro SD card with another
SD card after a week. It seemed to work now with no
issues.

UPDATED SOFTWARE CARD FOR STREET PILOT C530
I purchased 5 new cards to update 5 GPS units for work vehicles. The
purchase from GPS city was smooth and easy, and the delivery was
unbelievably fast. One day to Ontario. The software card on the other hand is
not working properly, Each of the GPS units work well most of the time
however now on occasion they will route you through Fort Erie when picking
a know location in Ontario. I have contacted Garmin, (as it is their software)
and they say they do not know of a problem. All 5 gps's are doing the same
thing,. There must me some software issue that needs improving.

GREAT PRODUCT! GREAT SERVICE!
Pros: cheap(er), reliable, easy to use Cons: possibly difficult to install on certain units. I had a hard time finding the exact upgrade for my
Kenwood/Garmin unit in my truck. The Kenwood site referred
me to Garmin, and the Garmin site was confusing/vague. Knew
about GPScity from prior upgrades, equipment, etc. The site
told me exactly the right upgrade and whether it would work
with my unit. The site even told me that the chip came with
an adaptor for either size my unit may have(mine is behind
the dash). GPScity had way more info about this product
than Garmin, and even had the latest version, which was not
even listed on the Garmin site. Hell, it was even 10 bucks
cheaper than the compatable (outdated) version that Garmin
had.I ordered the chip in the morning and had it at my
business the next day before I even got to work. The only
downside was that the guys that installed the unit had to
tear off my dash to find the GPS (head) unit to install the
chip, and then tried to fool with the screens software to
get it to run...I told them that Garmins stuff is basically
plug n play and it turned out I was right. Just stick the
thing in there and you're good to go. Great product, (so
far) and great service/company (GPS city).

GARMIN CITY NAVIGATOR NT 2010 MICROSD CARD
Cons: lose map information when gpsr battery is low. The microSD card contains all the maps I need when I go
geocaching. It beats having to download portions of maps
from a CD.

GARMIN CITY NAVIGATOR NT 2010 CARD
This is the first GPS unit and card I've owned. I was very
satisfied with its completeness and accruracy. Even after
taking a wrong turn, the unit proposed a new route to our
destination. Quite enjoyable.

IMPROVED DATA AND MENU
Pros: clear highway exits Impressed with enhanced menu content, not only maps but
points of interest. The card was the easiest method to use
and was totally compatible with my system. Travelled
through five states frequently using back roads and system
was right on target each time.

POOR PRODUCT AND NO RETURN POLICY FOR SOFTWARE
Pros: plug and play Cons: locks up 76 csx This was a waste of money. My NT card locked up my 76 CSX with a steady tone
on shut down and periodically locked up on start up. Further, there is no
support to use this product from the card to a PC.
I have written through GPS Cities return e-mail service wrt the problem, and no
response on how to either fix the issue or return the product. Disappointed,
after several positive experiences with this company.

PERFECT FOR STREET MAPPING
Pros: user-friendly, accurate and detailed information. Cons: topo information only roughly detailed. I used City Navigator in my Etrex Legend Hcx. Easy to use, very reliable and
accurate to go either downtown or on little country roads. Fast delivery,
excellent buying experience, and competitive price thanks to GPSCity !

NUVI GPS
I have used Nuvi GPS for approximately 3 years for business
and pleasure driving. Once I learned to trust it I had
much more success finding the routes I wished to go. I
like the GPS very much and would endorse its use to anyone.

WORKS ON KENWOOD KNA-G510!
Pros: works on kenwood kna-g510! I purchased the "City Navigator USA and Canada NT Card
2010" and plugged it right into the expansion slot of my
Kenwood KNA-G510 GPS module, it read the maps and was
instantly ready to use which was great news for me because
I didn't need to wait for the Kenwood 2010 version to come
out (currently only the 2009 maps are available for the
KNA-G510) nor did i have to pay a premium for the
branding. I have had NO compatibility issues and am
extreemly satisfid with the map quality.

WORKS AS SPECIFIED
Pros: ultra tiny, reasonably inexpensive Although I have yet to use the new 2GB card on an actual trip it works well in my
Garmin Edge 705 Bike Computer. I also bought it to update my built in maps on
a Nuvi 360 however haven't tried that yet either. Supposedly I just turn off the
build in maps and let it use the new ones.

MOSTLY GOOD
I have received it promptly. Had some difficulties with the
installation because the unlock code was written for
liliputians. I have scanned the micro sd card and enlarged
the image to read it. The maps are good. However, in
Montreal, they seems to ignore the Victoria Bridge: even
when I am on this bridge, the GPS doesn't tell me where I
am.

GARMIN GPS MAPS NORTH AMERICA
Excellent maps, without it we would have not
managed to negotiate the LA Freeway system
correctly. Would highly recommend purchasing
from this supplier, as I ordered it online from
Australia and Jordan very kindly supplied in
person when we arrived in Las Vegas - A1 Customer
Service. Thank you.

GREAT NAVIGATION TOOL
Pros: it even told us if we had to stay left or right. We landed in Phoenix in the evening and didn't
have a clue what direction North was. We rented a
car put the resort address in our gps and our
garmin with city navigator installed took us
right to our resort. Better than that the garmin
guided us back to the rental terminal when our
holiday was over. The gps gave us really good
step by step directions wherever we wanted to go -
all we had to do was input the address. The
info seemed very up to date.

GREAT CARD, SAME SOFTWARE AS DVD
Rj_Walsh's review is inaccurate. This card is made to
be convenient, and not to have to use a computer to do
anything. If you're on the go, and need the mapping for
North America (or any other area from Garmin) this card
is excellent. It has all the same POI's as the DVD, and
does everything as advertised. You cannot have the same
features as with a DVD because as I said, this is made
to be convenient. The whole point of it is to NOT have
to load it onto your computer - otherwise if it doesn't
matter to you, you wouldn't even look at this software.
I would buy this again and will recommend it to my
friends. Kudos to GPSCity for prompt, fast delivery.
Great service!

If you own a computer, DO NOT BUY THIS or any Garmin/Mapsource SD
card based maps !! Buy the DVD instead. You cannot upload routes to
the card (this erases the SD card)! You cannot load the SD maps into
Garmin's "trip & waypoint manager" (which Garmin confirmed for me) so
you cannot use it's data to create routes, trips, etc. Even backing
up the SD card is problematic.
I bought a 76csx for my motorcycle. I like it and have proven that
it is waterproof, even with the DC connector. While enroute, the on
board search functions work OK. I especially like the lodging, food
and fuel locator. But when planning a trip, it cannot match the
speed of any fairly recent computer nor provide the screen
size/detail of a monitor.
I feel there was deception on Garmin's part. You have to be a little
familiar with the way people talk about GPS hardware and software to
understand that the veterans already know this. Of course, the more
advanced users simply cheat. I would rather just buy BUT I'm already
out $100 so I'm getting that back one way or another before I spend
any more on software. Maybe Garmin should figure out that once I
learn to do that then I will almost not need them ever again.
