GREAT GPS, LOUSY SOFTWARE
Pros: large easily worked gps Cons: software needs a lot of attention
I bought the Zumo for use on my motorcycle and it fits the need perfectly. With the RAM mount it went right on my handle bar and was easy to wire in. I have another Garmin GPS and this works the same but with more capabilities and I really like it. I can select items on the screen with my gloves on. I operate the GPS with the data column visible on the right side and it is easy to read. Sun glare doesn't wipe out the screen. The software is another matter. I installed the DVD and it wouldn't load the maps into the GPS because it wouldn't accept a Product Key I already had. Despite the DVD saying there was a product key in the box, there wasn't. I registered my GPS and got another Product Key and it still wouldn't load the maps. Then I went to the Lifetime Map Updates card. I followed the instructions that came with the Update card to activate the card, but still couldn't load maps. Then I went back to my registered device and the confusing Garmin site and found the Gift Card which is really lifetime map updates. I entered the card in there and finally I could load maps. Great GPS but Garmin really needs to do something about their map updating process.

GPS CITY WAS GREAT. GARMIN NEEDS WORK.
Pros: great unit Cons: product registration
The transaction from GPS city went flawlessly. On time shipment and all item correct. Subsequent dealings with Garmin to try to get the software registered was like pulling teeth! I'll be looking at their competitors products the next time. Their hardware is great but dealing with their mapping products registration makes differential calculus look easy.

ZUMO 660 REVIEW
Pros: nice big touch screen that's easy to use. Cons: don't know yet.
This unit is easy to use although while plotting a course to Senaca, N.Y. from Belleville Ont. the route calculator hung up and would not complete the routing. An e-mail to Garmin C.S. resolved the problem when I was advised to reset the unit. I'm generally happy with it although I've not yet mounted it on my GoldWing.

GARMIN ZUMO 660 WITH LIFETIME MAP UPDATES
I have very limited use since receipt of this product but, so far, it appears to be functioning as expected. The one problem that I experienced was when I went to download the latest maps from the included DVD, it required the input of an 8-character Product Key that was supposed to be on the back of the DVD case. I had to contact Garmin directly to resolve this issue.
