AN EXCELLENT ADD-ON

Cons: slightly spendy
Got this item to use with Golden Cheetah (a bike training application) to read speed and heartrate from the Garmin SC10 speed/cadence + HRM chest strap. Everything works great together.

DON'T LOOSE YOUR ANT STICK
Cons: small and easy to loose
A good device though sometimes it is bogged down with tranfering the data to software applications. It is also very small and easy misplace and thus I am now on my second one which is attached to a lanyard to prevent loss.

Pros: great looking and very technica
Cons: very technical software can be flaky
The garmon stick corrects any errors in software the watch does have by downloading new software and patches. However, I found the Garmin site somewhat confusing took some time to locate the software download.
