Pros: ease of installation
This is for the non-frequent fisherman that do not want to drill a hole through the boat. Just simply attach to transom for those few fishing trips you friends ask for. Perfect!

SUCTION MOUNT FOR A GARMIN TRANSDUCER

AWESOME MOUNT
Pros: sticks and stays
Cons: should be included with all transduer automatic
Perfect mount for the back of my pontoon boat.. stuck right to the rear of the pontoon NO WORRIES with this item!

GREAT SUCTION MOUNT
Pros: good price and shipping
My aluminum boat does not have an outboard. It has an electric trolling motor only. Did not want to drill holes in the hull so I tried the suction mount as a "permanent" mount. It has stayed on for five trips now which included towing the boat on the trailer. I tied a string onto the transducer in case the suction mount comes loose so the transducer would not be hanging by the cable when I am trailering. But so far the mount has stayed stuck. Good price from GPS City. Fair shipping charges and quick shipping. I am completely satisfied with the suction mount and with GPS City.

FAIR PRICE, QUICK SHIP AT REASONABLE CHARGE
Ordered on-line from gpscity.com on Memorial Day holiday. Unit arrived at my home in NC on Friday for shipping fee of $2.49. Very reasonable and fast.
Used suction mount on one trip on my aluminum boat. Trying it as a permanent mount so I do not have to drill holes. Stayed on while towing 18 mile round trip and while fishing. Has stayed on so far. Tied on a safety string in case it comes off so it will not be hanging by the cord.
Recommend? YES

IT WORKS
I used this device to attach the transducer to a Pelican Bass Raider RAM-X Plastic Boat. I have fished tiwce since using it at trolling motor speeds and it stays on! I did find that if you spray it with soapy water, it will grip even more firmly.

GOOD PRODUCT
Pros: easy to mount,holds good
Cons: spacers to wide for my application
I use it on my Ocean Kayak Prowler Trident 15.The transducer is on a Eagle Cuda portable Fish Finder. Have used it 3 times now. Worked good on the third time after I made a couple of rubber home made spacers.The ones that came with it I could not use.Good suction on the cup once I find the smooth surface on the side of the kayak. I would recommend it.

GREAT TRANSDUCER CUP

This was a second unit that i purchased for my Father because the first one was exceptionally great. I have absolutely no problems with it & have never had it come loose once.. Great product.
