COMPARED TO TRACK MAP
Pros: ok product
Cons: can't come close to the detail that tarck maps pro
Ok for basic gps use. Not great for outdoors folks as 1 in 50k is not much resolution for hunters etc.

LESS THAN WAS EXPECTED
Pros: it's a typical topo map
Cons: map details are out of date,some by three years
I bought the Canada Central topo map expecting it to show the longest and most well known trail in Ontario,the Bruce Trail, but it doesn't.

TOPO CANADA SD CARD
Be carefull when you order this card, it does not work in most new marine units. Description on 400 models says it will take optional maps, TOPO maps dont work.

This is a road map of major and minor roads and not of any logging or forest access roads and no contour normally found on a topo map.

GOOD FOR TRAILS, NOT FOR STREETS
Trails and off road seems very good. Using it for directions in the city, it seems to want to take short detours down side streets on occasion.

TOPO CANADA CENTRAL MICRO SD CARD
The trails and streams are very good. Some of the latest Hwy built in 2008 are not on the map, like the bypass east of Sault Saint Marie on Hwy 17. I bought it for trail riding and it is wonderful for that.
