FRICTION MOUNT REVIEW
Great piece of kit, GPS does not move, or fall off the window and roll across the vehicle as it does with window mount.
Should come with the GPS unit.

GREAT MOUNT!
Evem before my gps connecter came apart, I constantly had trouble with the suction coming off my windshield. Boy, is this mount easier! It stays put on the dash and it's much easier to transfer to my husband's car. Glad we got this!

FROM SASK
I have not been real happy with it so far. I only bought it because some states do not allow windshield mounts. I find that the unit shakes too much now and makes it hard to read. (4X4 truck)

Bought this mount over a yr ago. It makes portability between vehicles really easy. Also when we stop someplace, it is easy to set down on floor out of sight under seat without unsticking from windshield. Never bothered with windshield mount. Absolutely recommend it as a must.

I purchased a c320, and since I wanted to use it in two vehicles, and also did not want the have something sticking to my windshield, thought that this mount would be the solution. So far, I have not been disappointed. It sits quite securely on the dash, and manages somehow to bend its way around the different shapes of our "fleet" -- a Toyota Matrix and Honda Accord. I usually disconnect it and set it on the floor whenever I am parked for any length of time, and always take the complete set into the house overnight. While the GPS will move from side to side whenever I am going over rough roads, this is well within tolerable limits, and does not detract from ease of use. All in all, this has been a great purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone who has the same idea of portability and security.
