OUTSTANDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE
Pros: fast service!!, exact product as described, cheap
Cons: -
Emailed Garmin to see if I could get another battery for my Nuvi 500, they told me I'd have to get a whole new GPS!.
Come GPSCity, ordered from here and within a week I received the exact same battery my nuvi came with from the factory. Took less than a week to get here (New Zealand!!) and only cost around $40. So good.Now I can cache in the wilderness without having to worry about my GPS running flat!!

OEM GARMIN BATTERY
Pros: works well - garmin oem - great price!
Cons: none
I use this battery in a Nuvi 500 - it is used driving, hiking, kayaking, and sailing. Although I have not run it beyond 3 hrs use on battery it still shows plenty of zip remaining. I normally run the screen brightness at 30% while on battery. Ordered a knockoff from overseas prior to this OEM and was shipped a non-compatible. After waiting 3 weeks for the overseas shipment I gave up and ordered from gpscity. I was surprised at the low price and FAST shipping. I would order from gpscity again in a heartbeat! Thanks...

PROPER BATTERY FOR ZUMO 660
Pros: it works in the zumo 660
Cons: none
I have bought batteries listed for the Zumo 660 before from another source that just didn't work and the GPS screen just continued to display the 'insert battery' message and no more.The battery even listed the proper Garmin part number. This battery worked first time! What a relief!

GOOD BATTERY
This is a requirement if you are going to be using a nuvi 550 for geocaching as the 8 hour battery life is just not accurate. Carry a fully charged spare and bring it with you!

GARMIN NUVI BATTERY
Pros: simple to find and replace
After visiting Future Shop and being told that I might as well buy a new Garmin as replace the battery I found the price of the battery and delivery acceptable at a total of $39.
