Dougie Ottawa Oct 24, 2009	POOR CONNECTION TO SATELITTE Pros: size Cons: poor satellite connections At this price I assume they are reconditioned units. My unit was $800.00 US and it was not worth it. After a year I sent it back because it continued to have problems locating a satellite. Garmin sent me a reconditioned unit that quit working within a month. On checking the software I noticed there were so many updates available I could not believe Garmin would ship a unit out when it was so out of date. Be careful if purchasing this unit. Harley John Sep 23, 2008	HARLEYS DON'T VIBRATE .. DO THEY? I had one of the original gpsmap units mounted on the dash of my Ultra. Never had a problem. I kept a clear plastic shower cap (with the elastic band) handy in case of rain. Never had a problem with water getting on it. Garmin does make the zumo specifically for bikes. I played with one in the Garmin store in Chicago this weekend but my eyes aren't what they used to be and I'm sure digging the big screen on this one. Recommend? YES 127 viewers found this helpful.

Primo Scalzo Apr 3, 2008	I have a question more than a comment. I want to know if this unit will be adversely affected by vibration since I want to mount it on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. It does have a Ram type mount for a motorcycle ( however the literature calls it a GPS for Truckers and RVer's so I am under the impression that it will not be destroyed if I use it that way.
