A place for your GPS unit to protect it from scratches. Nice snug fit, nicely made. Not a hard case, so don't put it in your back pocket and sit on it, it doesn't offer that kind of protection.

Plain and simple, it is real nice case of good construction. My wife lost my first case and I did not hesitate to replace with another one. GPS city shippping is second to none!

MISSING IMPORTANT FEATURE
Pros: lightweight and good size
Cons: no belt loop or clasp
This case is very light and the gps fits snugly in it. However, its missing a very important feature - in has no belt loop so when walking with the device you have to place it in your pocket or purse. A clampt or belt loop would be a huge improvement.

MY 4TH GARMIN
Pros: better voice command, good traffic, faster
Cons: no fm reception, changes screens w/ no reason.
They keep getting better, but I miss the playing over the FM. The only problem is it keeps changing screens for no reason. Much better voice command.

NICE SLIM NUVI CASE.
Pros: high quality, slim profile, great protection
Cons: high price after shipping costs.
High quality leather case that preserves the slimline look of the 3700 series Garmin Nuvi. This case grips the unit and holds it secure, with full face and back protection. Garmin should package this with the unit thus saving extra shipping charges and ordering hassels.

This slip case looks nice, my Garmin Navigator fits very well inside, good leather quality and it does the job it is meant to (protect the Garmin Navigator). I am very pleased with my purchase.

It's quite nice, fits the GPS perfectly. It'll keep it from getting scratched. However, it's not much protection against damage from bending or dropping.

GREAT CASE
The fit is nice and snug but not too tight that it too much time to pull the unit out. You do have to use 2 hands but it does keep the unit fully protected. Leather is really soft to touch.

LOVE THIS CASE
As the Nuvi3790 is very slim I am happy that this case does not add any "bulk" to it. The fitting is very snug, just need to pinch/squeeze the bottom and the gps slides up enough for you to take it out. The quality is excellent! I live in Canada, compared the prices on the Canadian and US site for cost of item and shipping charges, and decided to order from the US site. It took 11 business days, but I saved approx $9.50!

BEST FIT FOR THE JOB

Cons: unit exposed at one end so dont drop it!
I was disappointed after buying my 3790T that there was no case included - for the cost of the unit I'd expected at least a case. However I love the unit and wanted a zero bulk carry case to protect it when it wasn't in use. After looking round I settled on the Garmin approved case - I am not disappointed either. I ordered from GPSCity for export to the UK - the case was delivered within a week which was great service!

For the Garmin 3700 series this is the perfect case to protect your Garmin GPS from incidental scratches and marks when not in use. Your GPS fits snugly without being too tight or too loose and I suspect would even protect your product to a degree from being accidently dropped.

NICE CASE FOR 3790
Was skeptical buying the case considering some of the other reviews I've seen about, but I needed something anything to help protect the screen. Has a nice Garmin logo on the side and the 3970 slips into the case with a bit of a friction fit. It's new so over time I would imagine it could, might loosen up a little. The leather is soft comfortable to touch.
I wouldn't advice carrying it in your back pocket as you're not going to get much protection from pressure exerted against the screen. It's fine in a jacket pocket, or inside breast pocket.
If you're looking for something simple, light and a good fit this might be it.

The Garmin 3750 fits nice and snug inside this case. Since I remove the GPS everytime I leave the car, I needed something that would protect the screen from scratches when I put it in my pocket. This works great. I am sure it will also offer some protection from an accidental drop.

GARMIN NUVI 37XX SERIES SLIP CASE
When I received the above mentioned case it was damaged. I spoke with a gentleman named Richard who informed me to send it back with a Return Authorization Number.
I received the "replacement" case within a matter of days. I was incredulous when I opened the “replacement” and found it to be the exact case I had returned for replacement. How the manufacturer could be so incompetent is beyond me. Someone in quality control was asleep at the switch.
Thanks to Richard the third try was a charm. I definitely appreciate his assistance. I did not have a good first experience with GPS City.

Pros: does a decent job protestinmg from cratches
Cons: price is about 1/3 too high for the product.
Case protects the Garmin from scratching and product will not slip out of the case.
It is a soft sided case,so protection is moderate.
Price is a little steep for a small piece of leather.

Cons: lack of security clip
The case is good value for the money and fit my GPS unit well. I would have preferred some type of clipping mechanism on top to help secure the GPS a bit more and prevent it falling out. Also some small amount of padding could help protect the GPS against minor bumps.

Cons: not for stowing with other items
OEM case for considerably less than Garmin charges even with discount. Perfect for shirt pocket transport when taking it out of the car. It is not a fully protective enclosure for a pocket with other items or for sowing among other items since it is compact.

NICE COVER BUT PROVIDES LITTLE BREAKAGE PROTECTION

Cons: only prevents screen scratches
This cover fits nicely and is well made. I used it but found out too late that the 3790 is very fragile and needs to be transported in a stronger case. My unit cracked while in my pants pocket. Only use this cover for shirt pocket transport or if stowing the unit in the car.
