GXM 30 EXTENSION CABLE
Pros: need the additional length for motorcycles
Cons: doesn't seem to be very durable
This is the third GXM 30 extension cable i have owned. I had one mounted on my bike for three years and it shorted. I bought a second one and had it on the bike for 3 months and it shorted. Now I am on my third, hopefully the third time is a charm.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY ONLINE SITE! - I've ordered many ram parts from this place for years. I've never had an issue. This time I created one. I placed an order for 2 items with next day shipping. I then realized I failed to place an order for a 3rd item. I emailed customer service explained what happened and the additional item I wanted shipped and they got it to me on time! It was awesome!
Review of this specific item - This is my 2nd extension. I put it on my 2nd bike so I don't have to keep switching back and forth. The first one has 12K miles on it and has not given me a problem. Perfect length for motorcycles!

WORKS PROPERLY
The extension works properly, however the two 90 degree necks make the join between the extension and the cable coming off of the GXM 30 quite bulky. It adds 6 ft to the total length of the cable from the GXM 30 which is ok for mounting the antenna in the front of the vehicle, but on larger vehicles such as minivans and SUVs it is a big stretch.

The entry does not say how long the extension is. This makes it fairly useless in deciding if it is worth purchasing or not.
