GREAT HISPEED GPS SENSOR
Pros: inexpensive, fast, small.
Cons: reqiures software setup and only runs on 5vdc.
Great, if slightly finicky product. Has occasion to burp its settings and require resetting with laptop and software to get back to work, but when working the least expensive HiSpeed GPS solution there is. NOTE: this is a 5 volt DC item. It is not 12v.

GPS 18-5HZ WORKS AS EXPECTED
Pros: easy to use.
Cons: have to cut off connector and solder db 9 on
I have used 2 of these for Vehicle data Acquisition systems, parsing the speed, location, altitude and distance into a logger program. It works great and has no issues. I can also hook it up as a serial device in my pc and select as a GPS Antenna for the Garmin Mobile PC software. Can change parameters in Garmin SNSRXCFG.cfg software to change setup and serial port settings.

Pros: highly accurate, excellent price
Cons: small gauge wire could be a problem for some.
Fast to acquire satellite signals and easy to interconnect to my equipment are a big plus for this unit. It would be a big help to include some basic instructions with the unit, so that customer is aware that initial set-up is required depending on customer's application.
