City Navigator Australia v7 contains premium detailed maps for all of Australia, including motorways, regional arterials and local roads with attributes such as turn restrictions, one way streets and other navigation features.
Garmin offers full coverage of City Navigator Australia on both CD-ROM and preprogrammed cards, making it easy and convenient to load maps to your compatible Garmin. Just plug our preprogrammed cards — available on both SD or micro SD data cards — into your compatible Garmin GPS and go.
Unlocking Your Coverage
Before you can download map detail to a data card or directly to your compatible Garmin GPS, you must 'unlock' the CD-ROM. A certificate included with this software allows you to 'unlock' the entire CD. Simply follow the instructions on the included certificate. Internet access is required for the unlock process. Next, download data to a data card or to your compatible Garmin unit.
When using a locked MapSource product, the real-time track plotting function of MapSource will work only with GPS products that have valid unlock codes that work with City Navigator.
